AUTHORITY TO COMMENCE WORK
The supplied quote must be approved and signed prior to the commencement of each project.
Official Purchase Order to be supplied prior to commencement of work.
A deposit of 50% is required for all orders over $2,000 (excl. GST). This amount should be paid once the quotation is accepted by the client (invoice will be sent). The remaining balance is due once we have completed the order and the goods are ready to be shipped.
We accept EFT direct deposit payments along with credit cards
(service fee applies).
ARTWORK APPROVAL
During the proof process, an artwork approval must be signed before any printing or engraving will commence. We do not accept any responsibility for typographical errors, spelling mistakes, or incorrect details supplied by the client once the approval is signed. Email approvals can also form part of this process if the client does not have access to a scanner.
Since all of our creations are made to order to suit the clients requirements, we do not offer a return or refund policy.
PROTOTYPING
If the client requires specific samples and prototypes to be created as part of the approval process these will be charged at an additional fee to cover extra material & labour costs.
If prototype charges are added in the original quote there will be no additional charges to these services.
COPYRIGHT LAW & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Copyright of all designs is owned by Artisaned Awards as per the 1968 Copyright Act. Any concepts, prototypes & ideas created during a project remain the property of Artisaned Awards unless otherwise agreed with the client prior to the design process.
TIMEFRAME
Delivery times/date to be arranged and reconfirmed prior to commencement of project to suit the clients timeframe and deadline requirements.
SHIPPING
Normally we ship our creations via courier but are also happy for the client to arrange delivery or collection. Courier fees will be added to all orders unless clearly stated in the quote. Time critical and express deliveries are normally charged at a higher rate. We recommend that the client allocate plenty of time for their custom project (5-6 weeks of production).
We accept no liability to delayed, lost or damaged deliveries once the goods have left our workshop.
If the client experiences any issues with the delivery, we urge them to keep all packaging and delivery documentation until a claim can be made with the shipping supplier.
QUALITY OF WORK
We always strive to maintain a high quality across all our work, however if there are any defects or problems with an order that is due to an error in production, the client may contact us to request a return within 7 days of receiving the order. Artisaned Awards reserves the right to determine what classifies as a production error compared to a natural imperfection in the material. Any replacements or corrections of faulty production will be made at our expense.
MAINTENANCE
Since our creations are of a decorative nature they should be treated as such when handled, stored and displayed accordingly. If cleaning is required please use a damp cloth on all aluminium and glass surfaces. Timber and steel surfaces should be dusted with a dry cloth only. Under no circumstance should abrasive cleaning products or chemicals be used unless it’s been directly recommended by Artisaned Awards for a specific purpose. We take no responsibility for poor maintenance and care of our products once they have been delivered.
